Questions

What counts as a pageview?

Each page load or client-side navigation recorded by the snippet. Custom events like signups don't count, and bots are filtered out before counting.

What if I go over?

New visits stop being recorded until next month or until you upgrade. Existing data stays available, and there are never overage charges. You'll see a warning at 80%.

Can I change or cancel?

Switch plans any time from Billing; the difference is prorated. Cancel any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.

Do free accounts expire?

Only if unused. If nobody logs in or uses the account from a coding agent for three months, we email a warning, then delete the account and its data two weeks later. Paid accounts are never deleted this way.
