Terms of service

These terms are between you and studioarjuna, Kanpur, India ("we"), and govern your use of agentlytics by measuremy.site ("agentlytics", "the service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use it for an organisation, you agree on its behalf. Questions: contact us or write to imageapiai@gmail.com.

The service

agentlytics provides website analytics: a tracking script, a dashboard, spike detection and explanations, growth suggestions, tracked campaign links, email summaries, optional public dashboards, and access for AI coding agents over MCP and our API. Suggestions and AI explanations are generated automatically and may be wrong; use your own judgement before acting on them.

Your account

• Keep access to your email and your site read keys secure; anyone with a read key can read that site's analytics and create campaign links for it.
• You're responsible for activity under your account, including actions your AI agents take with your keys.
• Free accounts unused for 90 days are deleted after a 14-day email warning, as described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

• Only add websites you own or are authorised to measure. We verify domain ownership before recording data.
• Don't send personal data (such as names, email addresses or ids that identify people) in page URLs or event properties.
• You're responsible for telling your visitors about your use of analytics where the law requires it.
• Don't send fake or automated traffic, try to get around plan limits or rate limits, attack or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
• Only make a dashboard public if you're entitled to publish that information.

Plans and payment

• The free plan and paid plans, with their limits, are described on the pricing page. When a month's pageview limit is reached, new visits stop being recorded until the next month or an upgrade; we never charge for overage.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, and their terms apply to the payment itself.
• When you change plans, the difference is prorated. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and isn't renewed.
• Refunds are handled case by case and wherever the law requires; contact us.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes apply from your next renewal.

Your data

The analytics data for your sites belongs to you. You can export or delete it at any time. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep agentlytics fast and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and data may occasionally be lost or delayed. We may change or discontinue features; if we shut down the service, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data.

Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk, with notice where reasonable.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that can't be resolved informally, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Before starting a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it in good faith.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the date above when these terms change and email customers about significant changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
